Ingredients –

1 cup Maize Flour
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
Salt
1/2 cup Water (approximately)

Should make about 8 rotis

Mix the 2 flours and salt.
Add the water a little at a time and knead into a soft dough.
Divide into equal sized balls and then roll out into a circle.

Heat a tava/griddle.
Cook the roti on each side for about 25 seconds. Put a little ghee or oil on and around the sides of the roti.Cook another 25 seconds. Turn it over and repeat. Cook till the roti is golden with little brown spots.

Serve with a dollop of butter!
